The problem is within OpenSim, so this is all we can do.
What you can do yourself is lower the viewer (udp) bandwidth to 500 or so.

Breaking change for OpenSim/lickx users

For users with the maxigrid-gridserver or microgrid templates,
HGFriendsService now also depends on GridUserService.
See the diff to see the line you need to add to your own config.
Users who don't use OpenSim/lickx as runtime don't need
to change anything.

Please note the updated crontab example in doc/crontab.
You will probably want to leave OAR_OPTIONS="" empty in
your etc/isthmus.conf and handle any options through crontab

Some small updates
...
- Only start moneyserver if not running already
- vlan was incorrect terminology where i meant private network.
Such a private network can (besides a home network) also be a private
network you can add on to your VPSes by several VPS providers. Then a
lot of traffic between grid and sim servers can happen on the private
network instead of public network, adding security. It also saves on
your data limit, if your vps has one.
- Another economy url fixed
- Remove info about gnu screen from windows 10 guide as we implemented
a workaround for the permission error (this guide needs updating)
- Keep last 3 logs with logrotate example, instead of 7
