1b883c1e9e Make welcome message configurable, attempt to handle db connection loss, fix spelling, new http workflows (#87) 
* Add some general try catch

* Fix spelling

* Remove compiler warnings

* Make welcome message configurable

* New httpserver workflow

* fixed GloebitUser.Get to not return null on db crash which could create other exceptions

* Added #define NEWHTTPFLOW so it is easier to build on old versions
